 FAQs

 

  • My goal is to make this process of your wedding video as painless as possible. These are the services most couples request. If you require any additional services, let’s discuss it.

  • Average turnaround time is six to eight weeks, as editing is where majority of the work is put in. If you have a specific time-frame request, just let me know.

  • All videos will be delivered in 4K, Ready to view on your TV, phone, tablet or computer. Videos can be shared and downloaded through a custom website designed for your film.

  • Every wedding video is unique. Contact me with some information about your special day, that way we can check availability and send you prices to get the conversation started.

  • I understand that things happen. If you cancel your wedding, you forfeit the $100 deposit, but any other balance paid will be refunded.

    If there is a last minute cancellation made within 24 hours or less, a $500 fee will occur.

  • Great! Fill out the form under the contact section above. After that I’ll walk you through what to expect so that details are covered. We’ll hop on call and discuss your needs and requirements so we are on the same page. You can reach me via email, phone, or video chat. I appreciate clear communication so feel free to talk to me as many times as you may need to until you're happy with all the details.

  • Raw footage is simply everything I record on my cameras. Due to the sheer number and size of the files, it can be very hard to play back smoothly without post processing. So I do not include the raw footage. If you know your way around a computer and still want the raw footage, I can send out a hard drive with all the footage at an additional cost.

  • Sure! If you have a specific song in mind, feel free to let me know before your wedding day. If I do not feel your choice(s) work with the vibe or feel of the video once we get everything into the editing room, I will let you know.

  • If there are any technical or logistical issues in your final video, I will re-edit the video one time, any changes after will be an additional charge.

    I do not allow any edits made on my work other than myself. If you receive the raw footage from me, you can do as you wish for personal use.

    If you are particular on what you want, please discuss it with me before your wedding day.

  • I’m proud of my work, and I need the ability to showcase it to acquire new business. You and I share rights to the final video product - rights to copy, edit, display and share it.

  • There is a a non-refundable $100 deposit upon signing.

    Payment is due one month prior to wedding date.

    If you decide to cancel within 24 hours or more from your wedding date, I will refund the payment. If there is a last minute cancellation made within 24 hours or less, a $500 fee will occur.

  • Sure, I’m happy to create a custom package for you to include multiple edits of your footage. If you want a 60-second edit for your Instagram, just let me know! I’m happy to send you a custom quote.

  • Oh no! First you can download any of your videos through the wedflow website created for you. if there are any technical issues, I keep all my footage so contact me at hello@nathanswehla.com and we’ll see what we can do!
